Dale Hayes Golf Events

A young dynamic team of staff that understand the golf industry from the guests point of view through to the behind the scene operations in the golf club environment. We have developed strong relationships with the majority of golf clubs in South Africa through our involvement in the following series of events and have built many long standing relationships with a multitude of players whom attend them:

• The ‘Hayes Classics’ brought to you by SuperGolf – 25 events per year
• The Glacier Junior Series – 30 events per year
• Carnival City VIP Golf Days – 6 events per year
• Compleat Golfer Mid-Amateur Championship – annual 72 hole event in March
• World Golfers Championship – 6 regional events per year
• 2011, 2012 & 2013 World Golfers Championship World Final – Consisting of 350 golfers from around the world

Full pre-event management including, but not restricted to:

• All club and venue communications
• Full management of the entry process utilising the registration procedures as set out in the budget
• All guest liaisons
• Communications with any third parties that may be involved in the event
• Set up of all times sheets, local rules and any other event paperwork that may be required
• Full procurement of all event gifts and prizes through our many successful relationships with other suppliers in the industry

Full management on the day including, but not restricted to:

• Welcoming of all guests and full registration procedure
• Any pre golf activities that may need to take place
• Direction of all golfers to their correct tee boxes
• All communications with club staff and third parties involved during the course of the day
• After golf scorecard collection and full scoring function
• Set up and completion of prize list for the prize giving function
• Full set up and management of the Prizegiving and Dinner Function as set out in the budget

Full post-event management including:

• Arrangement of settling of all outstanding accounts
• Any follow ups that may need to be done with any guests/ club personnel
• Compilation of a report regarding the event including all event photos and prize lists
