We assist you with the type of day that you require. Perhaps a small intimate pro am or a full field of 120 invited guests.

South Africa has an abundance of courses to choose from and as PGA professionals we have personal relationships with all the golf courses as PGA professionals run and manage the majority of golf courses in South Africa. However, we will provide you the client with a list of reputable courses to meet your budget needs.
When would you like to have your day?
South Africa has the perfect golfing climate and we will assist you with the choosing of a suitable date that will fit in with your needs.
Booking of the chosen course:
We will assist with the booking of the course and will handle all communication with the chosen venue regarding all our clients’ requirements.
Planning:
We control all the details of your event through a detailed planning document that ensures all our clients requirements are attended to.
Planning Meetings:
We will communicate with the chosen venue not only by phone and by email but will also arrange one or two planning meetings at the chosen venue. This ensures the following:
o Correct positioning of the welcome area.
o All the branding falls within the clubs rules and is displayed according to their regulations.
o Club dress regulations are adhered to.
o Catering requirements are discussed.
o Location of prize giving venue.
o Location of locker rooms, bar, proshop etc
o Confirm the number of guests
o Obtaining of clubs suggested timesheet.
Handouts and Giveaways:
We will source any arrival and non-golfing gifts that are required as per the client’s request and budget constraints.
Prizes:
As PGA professionals we have personal relationships with all the major suppliers and are able to pass on a reduced rate for golfing gear to our client. We will assist with ideas and work within the given budget.
Branding:
We will manage and control all the branding. We will ensure that it is displayed correctly and that it is repacked as delivered when dismantling after the day.
Invitations:
We invite all your guests as per your chosen database.
Tee Sheet:
We create and manage the timesheet. We will assist with requests and ensure that the timesheet is supplied to the chosen club.
Competition Formats:
There are numerous different types of formats however we will assist with choosing the correct format for your day that will ensure maximum guest enjoyment.
Information Sheet:
We create the info sheet to be handed out at registration and ensure that any local course rules as well as all additional information is supplied to the players.
Scoring:
As PGA professionals, we are able to assist with all golf related rule queries and to ensure that all scorecards are checked correctly. We will supply the Master of Ceremonies with a detailed score sheet for ease of use at the prize giving function.
Entertainment:
We will assist in contracting an MC for the evening that will fit in with the theme of the golf day. This could be a PGA professional, sport celebrity or comedian depending on your personal requirements.
Clinics:
As PGA professionals we are able to deliver informative golf clinics to experienced and beginner golfers. This allows our clients to invite non-golfers as well to their golf day as we will manage a beginner’s clinic.
Photography Requirements:
We have good working relationships with four of the top golf day photographers in the country and make use of Image On as an added extra for our clients as they supply excellent add on gifts to the corporate golf day.
